After 8+ years shipping products — most recently as Head of Product at AwanTunai — I stepped back deliberately to go deep on two things I'd been curious about for a long time.
The first is quantitative trading on the Indonesian stock market (IDX) — building data pipelines, testing systematic strategies, and learning how retail and institutional flows interact in an emerging market context. The second is getting hands-on with modern AI techstack — agents, RAG systems, LLM-powered tools — to understand what actually works beyond the hype.
This isn't a gap year. It's a deliberate investment in a rare skill combination that I believe will matter a lot in the next decade of Indonesian tech and finance.
